Coach Dustin:Alright, welcome guys to another episode of the Balance Business. Dad, I'm your host, Coach Dustin with me, as always, the very seasoned, the very distinguished Mr RJ Campbell. Rj, how are we doing today?
RJ Campbell:We're doing really good today.
Coach Dustin:We have a cool guest. We do have a cool guest. We're having technology issues, so we're just moving right through that. But, guys, we have an awesome guest that I am just super, super excited to bring, Scott Odie from the St Louis area I'm assuming, because that's where you're at right now. But Scott is the operating partner for an organization company called the Summit Rejuvenation Centers and, Scott, I just want you to first tell us what that is and then I'll tell everybody why we have you on. So Okay.
Scott Otey:So what we do, man, is we specialize in male and female hormones. We do hormone therapy TRT and HRT. You hear those thrown around a lot. Those are very, very similar. Trt is just mainly for men, hrt is for females hormone therapy and then testosterone therapy at least TRT. And then we do medical weight loss and also peptide therapy. Peptides are a very, very important one. That one is kind of the future of medicine, man, and they're all very, very beneficial for you. There's about a zillion of them, so when someone says peptides, it's a very broad term for different medications.
Scott Otey:So what we do is we try to make people just be the best versions of themselves. A lot of stuff in our surroundings, when we eat, our lifestyle, the stressors we are surrounded with, we can't get out of Control, are the mess with our endocrine systems, and our endocrine system is our hormone systems and it messes them up and a lot of people are just very, very uneducated on it and they just feel like crap day in and day out and they think that just them getting older or them working their butts off or wherever it may be, when getting older is inevitable. However, you don't have to feel like you're getting older that quickly so we can help people get back to their youth a little bit. As far as the mental and physically I love it.
Coach Dustin:Wow, that is honestly why we wanted to have you on here. We, our whole goal is to help business dads be the best version of themselves, where they can have everything that they want in the important six pillars that we've talked about. And I've been on this health journey for a few years and I do TRT and I know it's made a huge difference in my life. I've had that conversation with a lot of the other members of the council and they had no idea that they shouldn't have been feeling the way they had been. They, you know they would go get their blood drawn, that kind of thing. They would have low numbers and it just it all clicked for them because they're like, wow, I have been feeling this way and I just thought it was, like you said, part of getting old or whatever it may be. I just thought this was life and it's.
Coach Dustin:It's interesting because I think a lot of us are going through life not knowing how good we can feel with the right levels, with the right you know, running optimal, if you will. So let's just jump right into what, what that even means. So what does it look like when someone comes to summit? Why would they call you and then kind of take us down that path of what a guy should be doing or a girl, but obviously this podcast is more for guys, so we're just I'm going to keep on saying guys.
Scott Otey:So it's a very easy process, man. First of all, we come in, they come in and they sit down with one of our medical, one of our medical team and they figure out what's going on you know how they feel and what kind of symptoms they're having, fill out the basic paperwork, that kind of stuff. Our main thing is to figure out what issues you're having to see, if we think they're testosterone related or something else. After we do that, we we take some blood. We have a blood panel. It's about a 25, 27 panel test. So it's not just your testosterone, estrogen, it's everything. That's a real big issue. When it comes to, like a regular primary care doctors, they say, well, yeah, I've got blood work done. Well, they got blood work done. They'll get two, three things figured out and that's about it.
Scott Otey:So that's not going to be an idea of where you're at health wise by just checking your cholesterol. That's checking one aspect of a million things that are going on in the human body. So we take, we check a lot of your um, your vitamin deficiencies, obviously, your hormone deficiencies as well. Um, anything from like your, your A1C, which, like your diabetic rating, your thyroid function, your kidney liver, everything as a whole. So, even if it's something that's not going on testosterone related we can have an idea or point you in the right direction of where you're going to go or where you need to go, because we know what's messed up and how to fix it.
Scott Otey:Our goal is to get you feeling better from every single angle, not just testosterone, estrogen, because we get that absolutely perfect. But we'll say your thyroid is messed up, you're still not going to feel optimal. So the whole point of this is to get you feeling 100% best as you possibly can. Um, another thing is we have a lot of these clinics going around like this and a lot of doctors that um say you know you got to be at X number to be optimal. Well, x number to be optimal is going to be very, very different for every single human being on earth. That's the problem. If I tell you, if you hear anybody saying hey, you have to get to 800 testosterone to get optimal run, because there's no way in hell anybody on earth knows what number you need to be at to be optimal.
Scott Otey:So how we do it is is if you have XYZ symptoms, whenever the XYZ symptoms get met, they're no longer there. Whatever number you happen to be at, that's your number. We don't shoot for anything. We shoot down symptoms, not just numbers, because you could have a guy that's had 500 total testosterone and feeling fantastic. You could have a guy that's 800 testosterone feeling like an absolute crap, because there's a lot more to play into it than just your total testosterone number. I'm not going to go into the science of it and all that kind of crap, but as far as other blood markers, you can tell us how much of that total testosterone number is actually available, how much isn't available, so on and so forth. So if anybody's telling you that a total testosterone number is the thing you got to go off of, it's just wildly incorrect. So we try to base it off of everything how you're actually feeling Instead of the numbers on a piece of paper.
Scott Otey:With the blood work, I try to figure out what's going on with you and whenever that whatever's going on, it seems to be resolved. Okay, if you happen to be at 600, getting you to 800, 900, 1,000 is going to do absolutely nothing for you other than potentially causing kind of side effects. And if we give you more side effects on its worth, that kind of defeats the whole purpose. The whole points can get you feeling good. You know what I mean. Not giving you another medication to fight off the side effects of being too high, or not a medication to take off the side effects. It's very, very silly. So we try to do a minimalistic type approach to where the more the better type deal, the less we can give you and the better you can feel. That's what we're going to do.
RJ Campbell:Thanks, mike. So you're going to start trying to get them to a lower level? I mean, you're not going to, right away, shoot for man. We got to get you to 1500.
Scott Otey:So you're going to Absolutely not Well even if we wanted to get you yeah, and even if I wanted to get you to a number the milligram that you're going to take first of all he's going to take, you get you that number if there's no way to tell that. So we start low and get you working up. If you go too high, you have side effects. You're going to feel like crap. You're not going to continue doing it. So we get you to go up here because there's no way to tell what number you're going to feel good at. So if I start low and hit that number, instead of going up and then working your way down, trying to fight off side effects in the process, that's a long, drawn-out process that no one wants to go through. The whole point is to feel good throughout the whole thing, not go up, feel like complete crap, then try to fight side effects while we're trying to figure out what number you need to be at.
Scott Otey:It doesn't make a whole lot of sense, which, unfortunately, that's a lot of people's issue, a lot of clinics like these, like the ones I have, and primary care doctors. They just simply don't know how the stuff works enough to do this kind of stuff. That's why a lot of primary care doctors. Just they don't prescribe it because they simply don't know. If you can't blame them, they can't know everything about everything. You know what I mean. So this is one of the people that I'm thinking. It's not necessarily life or death, so they're not going to focus on this stuff. They're going to focus on the more serious stuff that can potentially cause you harm or you can't live anymore. So that's a little more important on their radar, dr Justin.
RJ Campbell:Marchegiani. So I don't know if you can answer this or not. So if a guy comes in and you say you know he's just not feeling great, whatever the term, you just don't feel that good. What is it that they're normally? If there is a normal, what are the things that you're hearing? There's one other dad to hear this. Like, what do you mean by they're not feeling good, dr Justin?
Scott Otey:Marchegiani. So it really depends on the person. So everybody thinks, like we spoke about earlier, that sexual issues which is that an indicator of low testosterone? Absolutely, that's a very common one. However, it's more or less for the average guy going to be just feeling worn out when you feel like you sleep seven, eight hours a night. You wake up you're still tired. It's the mental cognition just not feeling on point. Not this, just not. It's not clicking as fast as you used to. The excess body fat, that's always another one.
Scott Otey:The zero drive to want to do what you used to do, man, I used to love working out. I used to love riding my bike. I used to love playing hockey. I don't like any of that anymore. Well, because you're losing that drive.
Scott Otey:Testosterone is a very, very big driver for competition. That's why, when you're younger, you compete as much as you do and if you lose that edge, you lose that drive. It affects every aspect of your life, not just your physical, not just your mental, but affects your job. If you don't have any push to be better, how the hell you can be the best employee or the best employee there is in your marriage, how you can be the best husband you can be if you don't give a shit to try. You know what I mean. So it's a lot bigger driver. It's a lot more than just biceps and abs and sex drive. It's a lot more net. And the actual mental aspects of it is actually the real cool part. The physical stuff is awesome. You know what I mean, but the mental changes we see in these dudes is absolutely incredible.
RJ Campbell:Okay, that's great, that's really helpful. This is somebody that knows nothing about this. Yeah, dustin, dustin, what do we call it? Not HRT, trt, trt, yeah, yeah, I've never looked into it and I'm the old guy I'm supposed to, so I'm asking the real questions. I can deify it because I am.
Scott Otey:Well, for a really long time, and it's kind of a taboo.
Coach Dustin:And I think that's. That's one of the things. You know, I come from my dad's a psychiatric nurse and when I was letting him know that I was on it, he was very taboo about it. It's like, oh well, you know, you know the, the Royd rage or whatever. And he's like, oh, you know, you get too angry, that kind of thing, and I've never felt any of that with it. But is that still a side effect that happened? Or is that what things were happening, doing things were doing wrong when people were doing that?
Scott Otey:Well, that's a thing, it wasn't ever even a documented side effect. It is. If you are a cocky, arrogant person, you're gonna be a more confident, stronger, cocky, arrogant person. It's not going to change your mentality. However, when some rich guy or some like back in the day the WWF or WWE, whatever it's called, they get ice and do some shit, they would blame something else other than themselves. However it's, it's not going to change your demeanor as a human. It's just not going to happen.
Scott Otey:If you're a guy that goes out and getting fights, guess what? You're going to go out and get just as much fights. You're going to be more confident. When you do it, you're fighting bigger and stronger. You know what I mean. But, like you were saying, it's not going to go out all out change or demeanor of what kind of human you are. That's just not. That's just not reality. Now, if you take some certain steroids as steroid cycles like stronger, like anabolic steroids, as far as like cycling on bodybuilders, take there's things can make you more edgy, absolutely, and make you make you, you know, a little more pissed off here and there. But testosterone is something that's naturally current in your body and even if you take too much of it, the lack of it of doing anything to make you want to go beat up your, beat up your wife and find all the time it just not there that the science isn't there.
Coach Dustin:Perfect, that's, that's what I thought. I love that. So let's, let's back up and let's talk about Scott. How did you get involved in this? I mean, you're, you're not a doctor, correct? No sir? No sir, okay, I didn't think so. So I was like man, I hope I didn't say that wrong. So how did you get involved in this? Because I see the company. That's why I reached out to you. I mean, you guys seem to absolutely be killing it, but how do you get involved in something like this? Let's, let's hear Scott story of being a business dad.
Scott Otey:So, man, I was an iron worker forever growing up, all construction, done labor and iron working frame and houses and done the whole works. I guess I guess 2006 ish I was working, but we work in 90 hours a week, or we were, we were not working at all. There's one of the things where construction you're working, your feast, your famine, type thing. A few years later I was still in construction I would have my daughter and it was one of the things where I had a split split custody. So I'd have weeks where I couldn't see my daughter because I couldn't make it up. And it's just. I was a man. There's gotta be a better way. I just can't do this. This, working 100 hours a week and then working no hours for the next three months, how do you budget anything Especially more than me? Now it's my, it's my, it's my daughter.
Scott Otey:So I actually opened a supplement store called One Nation Nutrition in 2015. Because I've been working out my whole life. I've been in the gym styles 12, always taking supplements and always been the workout guy. Typically, somebody has a question about working out supplements, whatever it may be. I was always got to ask because I was one of the few guys actually consistently doing it. We opened that up and said 2015. 2017.
Scott Otey:Me, my partner, john Fogarty he's been my partner for just about everything. Everything I've ever done is we thought about you know, what's the what's the big picture, what's the end goal? We can keep pushing the supplements or are we gonna move to the next thing, something bigger? Because supplements they're cool, because you know you're supposed to take. You take XYZ. It's supposed to do this. The only difference is what we're doing is I can take blood work and give you this is not supposed to do this. It's going to do this and I'm gonna show you document and proof that it is. And so that's something that long term that we were more interested in doing. So I we studied it for about 18 months figured out how can do it. Is that, like you were saying, I'm not a doctor. How the hell can a person that's not a doctor own a clinic like this without doing it? You know what I mean. So it took a lot of research, research and figuring out and we found. We found some doctors we wanted, we wanted to work with, had a lot of speed bumps along the way. I won't go into details with that, but there was a lot of things that that happened that nobody knows about. We had to deal with that. Actually, in the long term, it made me have my hands at every single aspect of this business because I was forced to, so it made me a better business owner in the long run.
Scott Otey:We opened this in May of 2018. And we've been going ever since. Man it's been. It's been rocking and rolling. We recently, like I was telling you earlier, we recently launched our telemedicine services and all 50 states in April and since then we have been rolling pretty good. Man it's been. It's been a wild ride. We've learned a lot, a lot.
Scott Otey:I learned a lot of what not to do and hopefully we can not have those things happen again. But I mean having the time to be able to afford to do what I want when I want to, and not miss my kids games. Be able to pick up and drop off at school. That's just something I never did as it when I was construction, so I was leaving the house at 530.
Scott Otey:Now, every morning, I get to take my son and my daughter to school you know what I mean and then I could pick them up when it's my time to pick them up and all that kind of stuff too. So I'm going to be able to do that. So I'm going to be able to pick them up when it's my time to pick them up and all that kind of stuff too. So I'm going to be able to pick them up when it's my time to pick them up, and all that kind of stuff too. So I think that's a big aspect that a lot of working dads miss out on because they don't know they're missing out on it because they never had that experience before. You know, now having the time with my kids, I could never go back to work for somebody else and have to leave before they get up and not get home to after off work, after off school. I couldn't do that. So I know, I know what I'm missing out on. Now it would be something that would be an option for me.
Coach Dustin:Yeah, man, I love that. What a great story and, like I said, you guys have been absolutely killing it. So, before I give RJ the list because he always has questions I have one question right now.
RJ Campbell:Oh well, go ahead. Because you mentioned, how does the telemedicine portion of it work in saying you know it's similar and also different from the brick and mortar locations.
Scott Otey:So the brick and mortar we have. You come in and we physically talk to somebody face to face, with telemedicine. We'll say you live in Maryland, just throwing something out there. We have our website, you know. On there you kind of fill out a little information that goes straight to my office. We are open seven days a week on our telemedicine side. So we have somebody reach out to you.
Scott Otey:We have a contract with a company called Lab Corps which is all across the entire nation. We send you to a Lab Corps near wherever you're at and then the lab core will draw blood, those some of the results that are after us. Once we get the results we'll call you and set up a time to go over the results, kind of like we would do in person, except it's all over the phone. We call you and say, hey, you know, we got your blood work back.
Scott Otey:This is what's messed up, this is our plan of attack and see if you want to follow through with treatment. If you wish to do so, we send you all of our consents, all that good stuff, and kind of go over our plan of what we're going to do with you and then we put order with the pharmacy pharmacy sentence rate to your house. And again, we do blood work for top medicine every three months until we get your protocol correct where we need to. And then, once you get it correct, we do it once every six months just to maintain health. And every time you need a new shipment in, all you do is call us. We call the pharmacy, you get shipped right to your house. So it's a fairly easy process.
RJ Campbell:Love perfect. Yeah, that's great yeah.
Coach Dustin:So when should a guy come see you guys?
Scott Otey:See, this one's a tricky one because it used to be, you know you, 40 years old. That could be for a guy. That's got an indicator to do this, all that kind of stuff. Nowadays, unfortunately, we're seeing guys that are 22, 23 years old with testosterone levels of a eight year old man and the first go to. Every single human has, or every guy has or older guys. Well, you know, it's their lifestyle, or this or this or that, and does that play a role? Yes, absolutely.
Scott Otey:However, people that are 25, 27, 28 and below they have been living with these things called EDCs endocrine disrupting chemicals, which they completely trash your endocrine systems, which, again, is your hormone systems. It's in everything, from your lotions, your soap, your shampoo, anything that has scented like a candles. It's in our food, it's in our water, it is everywhere. So if those things are powerful enough to affect a grown man's hormones and lower them, can you imagine, growing up with them your entire life, before you even hit puberty, how that's gonna affect your endocrine systems? So I don't think it's personally. The levels are dropping that much. I don't think they're getting up there in the first place. That's why we're having so many issues with these younger guys coming with having sexual issues at 20 years old. That just shouldn't happen and that there's no way that they can mess up their systems that bad in short times they've been alive, that bad when they should have issues like that just yet.
Scott Otey:So I think there's a lot more to it. You figure, when you're a baby you're giving them bath, all the shampoo, all this stuff their entire lives they have now has these EDCs in it. That's gonna affect you, and all the medications like Ritalin and Adderall, all that stuff which is they give out like candy, these kids nowadays. Those are also things that mess up your hormones. If you're on a medication for 12 years messing up your hormones by the time you're 20 years old, guess what's gonna happen? You're gonna have messed up hormones. You know what I mean. So I think it's a multifactorial type thing that messes with everybody from a thousand different angles. So there's no really age, I would say, just because I wouldn't want the 22 year old thinking I'm too young for this.
Scott Otey:When indeed he does have low testosterone, it can be an easy fix, cause feeling like crap from low T like, as you know, is not a good feeling, and then feeling the depression, the anxiety that comes with it for not being able to do what you wanna do. That sucks too. That just adds to it. So no one knows you like you know you. If you feel like something's off, get blood work done at least. That doesn't mean you have to do treatment. You have to get blood work done to see if there is something going on, because you cannot fix it unless you know what's going on.
Coach Dustin:Great. Well, and my wife's right, she's trying to cut out all the random chemicals at our house like man. Sometimes this seems a little overkill, but I mean, I never even heard it that way, so that's very interesting. I never knew all that was going on. One last question before I I hear the stigma. Well, once you start you have to always take it right and you know you can never get off of it. So talk to the guys about that. I don't think it's a big deal. I'm like well, okay, if I'm gonna choose to feel good now, why wouldn't I wanna feel choose to feel good in the future? Why would I ever stop if it feels good? But that's a stigma. I've heard from a couple of different guys.
Scott Otey:Well, and the thing is what the thought process is if you wanna keep continuing the benefits, yes, you're gonna have to stay on forever. That's how it works, just like no different. When, every day, you have to put on deodorant If you have to, if you wanna stop stinking forever, you can't just put it on once. That's how it works. You know what I mean. So it's if you wanna continue to see the benefits, yes, you absolutely have to stay on it. However, if it's not working for you, for whatever reason, for whatever reason, you can stop and your biases can go back to where you were feeling like crap, which is the reason you signed up in the first place to stop feeling like crap. You know what I mean.
Scott Otey:So everybody's real big issue with it. It cuts off your natural supply. Well, if your natural supply was working as efficiently as it needed to be, you wouldn't be here in the first place. So your natural supply is 100% irrelevant. So I really don't get that argument. I hear that all the time. And there's ones with how it can lower your sperm count and absolutely can lower your sperm count, which I completely understand that. However, those things are very, very easy to counteract just adding an HCG to your protocol is going to negate any kind of issue you're gonna have with your sperm count. So there's just. I think again it's a lot of ignorance to the subject. They really don't know. And if you are worried about cutting off your natural supplies, you don't have low testosterone in the first place. If you actually had low testosterone, you're feeling as crappy as it makes you feel you wouldn't be concerned about your natural levels if they're gonna bounce back or not, because they're not going to. Ha ha ha.
Coach Dustin:Makes complete sense.
RJ Campbell:RJ we're getting questions again. I don't know if Scott wants to talk about this or answer that. Can we, at least at a high level, talk about cost? Well, like you talked about the test only, I assume there's a cost for that. And then, what's an idea of if somebody has to get on test-tosterone replacement?
Scott Otey:You're looking about $200 a month. That's what's going to cost you. That comes with all of your medication. If you need to be shipped, that shipping supplies, the whole works and we try to have it a budget firmly like that. So if we have one guy that's if you're taking 150 milligrams or you're taking 300 milligrams it's 100% irrelevant, it's going to stay the exact same. So you can worry about that budget and your budgeting systems, excuse me. So we have a fixed cost like that? For that exact reason, because a lot of the guys that need this construction workers, first responders, all that kind of stuff we're not trying to put a big dent in their wallet. Those are the guys that build America, those are the guys that protect America. And the last thing I want those guys that need it not be able to afford it because the costs are outrageous. So we try to bring it to a good, a decent amount, to where it's going to be reachable for everybody, not just somebody that's making over 150 grand a year or something like that.
RJ Campbell:And this is not something that's normally covered by insurance.
Scott Otey:Very rarely is. The only reason we don't accept insurance whatsoever is because the insurance guidelines are absurd. So they make you test two different times below the other hit before I'm sorry, before 4.9 am hit. The hit a below a number. So if it's not below, if you're at 260 and you're, the margin is 250, where they need to be, you're perfectly fine. So the range could be 250 to 900. If you're at 260, you're good to go. They won't cover it. And then, if they do cover it, they give you one injection of testosterone every 14, 21 days, which the half life of testosterone is seven to nine days. So that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. So you'll feel good for three, five, seven days and then you feel like crap. The other 21 days you go up and down, which is actually worse for you than anything. You're shutting your systems on. They're getting back off. Shutting them on getting back off, it is. It's just, it's absurd, I mean. So we don't deal with insurance, what's our?
RJ Campbell:for that exact reason, so where do we see the company going? Where is summit rejuvenation going? Where do you see it five years from now?
Scott Otey:Five years from now, like I was saying earlier, with the tell-missing aspects, we probably won't do a whole lot more brick and mortars except for maybe expanding the ones we have as far as just a bigger one. Just because our staff is growing so rapidly we're going to need a bigger facility itself. But in the next five years I don't at the growth rate we're going right now we will be in the next two and a half years by the biggest DRT company in the country At the rate of growth. We have our attention to detail as far as with the customer service and our protocols. It's not cookie cutter protocol. Not one person gets the same as the other person. Everybody's very, very different, unique with that, because everybody is made up unique. So have a one protocol for everybody. So it doesn't make sense.
Scott Otey:And the fact that we actually have staff on seven days a week to answer the kind of questions you may have. Once you are a patient you come with, come included with a patient portal, which that's included in costs as well. Our patient portal send a text and an email and you'll get a response that same day with whatever questions you may have, just so you can give you a little peace of mind, because there's a lot of common questions that if you're unfamiliar with what you're doing, you could kind of stress out, and we want to be there to make sure we ease that stress, ease that tension. So we're there for you at all times, that's great.
RJ Campbell:So what sets you apart? Why would you guys? Why would summit rejuvenation be so big? Are you taking it over? What are you turning that to?
Scott Otey:Well, I think because, from our aspect, is there's a million places that sell testosterone. There's not a million places that actually give a shit about their patients. Now, I know it's a common, a common thing. A lot of people say that goes hand over fist. That's the one thing we focus on more than anybody, because that's the one thing that separates us from everybody. Like I said, any doctor or anybody can prescribe testosterone. However, giving you the support, giving you the education our biggest thing is education, not sales techniques.
Scott Otey:I shouldn't need to sell you on this. This is something. If you need it, you need it. If you don't, you don't. So I'm going to help, try to educate you as much as humanly possible on how the body works, why it's going to benefit you, what it's going to do for you if you do have low testosterone, if you're not having low testosterone symptoms, there's absolutely no point at doing testosterone or TRT. It doesn't make any sense. You're wasting your money. So I don't try to make somebody a patient that doesn't need to be a patient. Again, I'm not going to sell anybody on anything. I want to give you what you need to make you feel better, and if you don't need something because you feel, just fine. It's kind of silly to try to sell you on something. So that's something where we differ as well. I'm not going to try to push 9,000 different things on you. If you're deficient in vitamin B, we're going to use vitamin B. If you're not deficient, we're not going to try to sell you on it to make you, oh, this could possibly do this. Well, not if you're not deficient, it's not going to do that. It's kind of irrelevant.
Scott Otey:So we go above and beyond for all of our patients and it goes without a shadow of a doubt. From when did we get transfers from other clinics? It's the first thing they say. The attention to detail, the how fast we get back to them. If we tell you we're going to call you at noon, you get to call at noon. If you send a message, you're not waiting four or five days to get a response.
Scott Otey:Just that customer service aspect. That it's unlike anything else because, coming from a supplement background to supplement stores, I have to make sure my customer service is on top of everything, because every person around is a sub-sort on every corner. So I had to compete with that. And we have that same mental thought process in the medical field, because even though, yes, we are a medical establishment, we're not a primary care physician. There's a thousand different options out there doing the same thing we do. So if they can provide the exact same medications that we can, how are we going to separate ourselves? We do that with our customer service aspect. Wow, I love that.
RJ Campbell:Guys, that's a great one. That is a great differentiator not only what Scott's talking about with summit rejuvenation, but think about that with your own businesses. We very few of us have a business where we're the only one like it in the world. People have choices, so they're simply doing that. Hey, not selling them things they don't need. Man, that's golden in the long run and just caring enough. That that's what makes it different. People are going to say no, I'm going to these guys. Customer service was over the top. Customer service sells. I love it. That was great, scott.
Coach Dustin:Well, scott, this has been awesome. I mean, we're at 30 minutes and I know we could talk so much about this, but again, I just wanted the guys out there to hear that there's a way that you can probably feel better. I mean, I'm not saying that that's the challenge you're having right now, but at least go check. If you're having, like you said, you know you better than anyone else, go get it checked. Scott, where can they find you? I mean, now that every one of our listeners can get to you, I didn't know that, that's amazing. So how can people find you? You know what's the best way to do that.
Scott Otey:So our website is GetSummitHrtcom. They can go there and that can set up a free consultation with one of our medical writers. It's a very, very easy, simple process. You fill out some information and then one of my staff will get back to you very, very quickly. You can always message our Summit Rejuvenation page on Instagram that actually goes directly to my phone. I answer all those questions and I work for my phone, so the likelihood of me not getting you back pretty quick is very, very rare. Or you can reach out to my personal page. It's Scott underscore OD on Instagram or Facebook, whatever it is. Like I said, I work for my phone 90% of the time, so I am very, very prompt about returning your messages. That's another aspect of our customer service and trying to be on top of it's whenever you send a question or maybe get answered within the hour, not three days later.
RJ Campbell:What are you guys on Instagram? It's at Summit, Rejuvenation oh okay, we'll put all this in the show notes because I already don't remember. I'll write them down when I listen to them. Yeah, they'll all be in the show notes so you guys can find them. I would say to anybody if you're feeling anything not peak, at least got to be worth the test.
Coach Dustin:I would think so. One other question I do have that we didn't, because it's not necessarily to our audience. Yeah, we all have wives or significant others at home. They're hormone imbalance. I know nothing about right, obviously, I'm going to say it's a little bit more complicated, at least in my head it is. So when should Are wives go out to you? I mean, is it the same symptoms that they have? Is that when they should go get it checked, or is it something different?
Scott Otey:You'd be very, very surprised at how many symptoms are very similar from male to female as far as low testosterone. Typically, most females and most people with doctors think that once they hit menopause, that's their indicator. They need to go get their hormones checked. However, menopause is just lack of estrogen in the body. The testosterone is a whole different subject. So females have lack of sex drive, they have the lack of sleep patterns, they have the lack of oomph, they have the fat buildup when they don't want it. They have the lack of motivation, just like guys do, and it happens just like in guys.
Scott Otey:The EDCs affect them just as much. They are at a much lower range of testosterone. However, the benefits are going to be very, very similar. So if they're having those kind of issues and they're still having their cycles, that just means they have enough estrogen to produce that cycle. It has nothing to do with the testosterone side. So it's very, very common to have low testosterone with a female and experience the exact same kind of side effects as your spouse, and nine times out of 10, either have the female comes in, they start feeling fantastic, and they have the husband come in, or they have the husband come in, and then they start feeling fantastic and they have the wife coming because they want to match their energy. And if you're not having somebody that matches your energy, that's going to cause friction and issues. You want to have everybody on the same page and if you want to have your marriage the best it could possibly be, why not be the best human you possibly can be to make that happen?
Coach Dustin:Man, I love that. Mike drop, yeah, absolutely Again, scott, this was awesome. Thank you so much. Guys, re-listen to this, get checked. Let's play at the level we want to play at, and how to do that is to make sure our body is working, that it is. So, guys, that's what we have. Remember to dad up, because the people in your life who love you the most deserve it. Guys, we'll see you next time.
RJ Campbell:We're out.
