Dustin is an accomplished coach with over 18 years of experience in sales and marketing, with more than half of that dedicated to Real Estate and Business. 

He has coached and trained countless Businesses and salespeople on how to build their businesses and live the life they want. Dustin believes that wealth in this country is generated primarily through Real estate, business ownership, and stocks and works with students to help them conquer these ever-changing fields. 

Dustin is a Professional Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach with The John Maxwell Team who helps clients become more effective in their personal lives and professional careers.

Dustin has an MBA from Lindenwood University in Saint Charles, MO, and is happily married to his wife, Jenna, and they have two children Brody and Raya.

Dustin believes everyone has the opportunity to build a life by design if they can imagine what It could look like.

R. J. would first tell you that he is a Christian.  Second, he is a father to three wonderful young adults, Rich, Blake and Madison.  In addition, he is a grandfather to granddaughter Charlie and grandson Quinn.  Third, R. J. is a husband to his beautiful wife Leigh Ann for 35 years. 
 
R. J. has worked in the corporate world for over 35 years with positions in account management, sales, as well as operations and management.

With the influence of his friend Dustin, R. J. has left corporate America to become an entrepreneur and now owns multiple business.

R. J. grew up in a large family with two great parents and five older sisters.  Yes, R. J. is not only the youngest in his large family, but he is the only boy.

You will often hear R. J. reference the motto “I am Third” to prioritize his live.  To R. J. that means that God is first, his family is second and he is third.
